Buyers' weakest aspect—mixability and texture—directly mirrors video reviewers' concerns about the product not dissolving properly in beverages.

In their words

I needed to replace a MCT oil powder for my tea as they started sneaking in more acacia therefore upping the carbs. I couldn’t find a replacement as it seems all the brands are doing the same. So I went on a hunt for a super low carb replacement. Then I remembered Primal Kitchen. With super clean ingredients, minimal carbs & suitable for my tea. Of course it would taste great in coffee too.

No matter how well I mix this still settles into a slime layer on the bottom of my cup. If I try to mix while I am drinking it breaks up the slime into chunks of a snot like substance...It does not dissolve into your beverage...maybe in a smoothie that already has chunks in it you wouldnt notice but not in my coffee...i notice chunks in my coffee...especially snot chunks >_<
