“This has quite a thick texture for a milk, more like a very loose cream. It is slightly but not unpleasantly scented, and does a good job of removing surface dirt and light makeup. It does contain quite a bit of oil (that is what makes it effective), so I always need to rinse off, or preferably use a toner to remove the residue. For that reason (oil content) I would never use it for eye makeup. Un”
